Express UK Delivery 

Express delivery is charged at £5.99

Rest of World delivery is charged at £35

You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that Chief and Turtle has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Returns and exchanges

Please let us know if you would like to exchange or return an item within 14 days of receiving your order and we will email you a printable returns form. You will then have another 14 days in which to return your unworn item(s) with the original tags and packaging. Please don't forget to print and fill in the returns form and include this in your parcel.

Please retain your delivery receipt from sending the item back for proof of postage in case of it not arriving to us. We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item, and when we have processed your return / exchange. Please note that it can take up to 5 working days for the final refund to be processed back to your original payment method.

If there is a problem with your product, please let us know the issue by giving our customer service team a call or email, and stating this along with the other information within the return. 

Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

Received a faulty product

We are very sorry to hear you have found your product to be faulty in some way. Please get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible via phone or email, and we can give you clear instructions of how to move forward. 

If emailing, please attach photos of the damage along with a description of the issue.

Faulty products are dealt with case-by-case due to differing circumstances requiring differing outcomes. However, we will always do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible for you.
